Do I need to install anything?
No. Create an account, fill in your business profile and the workspace is ready. Everything runs in the browser, including on a phone.
Can I issue a receipt for a partial payment?
Yes. Record the amount received and a numbered receipt is issued for that payment. The invoice keeps the remaining balance and updates its status automatically.
What happens if I reach my plan limit?
Existing documents stay available and can still be paid and receipted. You can upgrade at any time to create new invoices, or wait until the next billing cycle.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. Plans can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled from the membership screen. There is no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee.
Are my invoices and receipts tax compliant?
Documents include your registered details, sequential numbering, itemised charges, tax and totals. Confirm any additional local requirements with your accountant.
Can customers get their own copy?
Every document can be printed or downloaded as a PDF, depending on your plan, and sent to the customer with your business details already on it.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Invoices, receipts, customers and business profiles each download as a CSV file from the workspace settings screen. The same files can be imported back, so nothing is locked in and there is no export fee.
